Port Aransas Artfest 2019 Agreement I have read the information contained in this application and agree to abide by the rules and regulations described. Neither the Port Aransas Art Center, the City of Port Aransas, nor any sponsors, associations, directors, employees or volunteers will assume any responsibility or be held liable for merchandise and/or display damage or accidents which may occur as a result of this exhibition and vendor shall assume full responsibility thereof. I certify that all artwork submitted and/or displayed is my original artwork and created by me, and that work submitted in my application is a true representation of the work to be displayed . Work displayed that is not related to that in my application can cause my removal from the festival at any time. I authorize the Port Aransas Artfest the use of my images/personal profile and on site photography of my booth in advertising and all forms of media including web site.
