This is a legal contract that requires you to sell on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the dates listed above, in return for the use of the space that will be assigned to you by the Mount Vernon Downtown Association (MVDA.) By submitting this application, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations stipulated in the application. In return, the MVDA promises to promote the fair and advertise the event.

Booth fees:   flat fee, no commission fees. Single booth fee: flat fee of $350.00 for a 10x10 space; double booth: flat fee of $700.00 for a 10x20 booth; Triple booth: flat fee of $1050.00 for 10x30, available as space allows. Deposit fees are due by December 31, 2018. All vendors must be paid in full by Janurary 31, 2019. Booth fees are committed in advance to pay the costs of the fair; therefore there are NO REFUNDS for any reason - again, NO COMMISSION FEES will be charged.

Booth space: Booth location is assigned by the Street Fair Coordinator, and is done so with your needs taken into consideration and/or the time of receipt of your application. It is not negotiable. Your booth must be designed to withstand wind and inclement weather (weights are highly recommended). Electricity is not available. Generators are not allowed.

You understand that if you do pack up your booth and leave festival grounds prior to the posted closing time, without notifying a festival official, it is considered a breach of contract and that any future application from you will not be considered.

Participants of the Tulip Festival Street Fair 2019, heirs, administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claim for damages against the City of Mount Vernon, the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, the Mount Vernon Downtown Association and/or any other organization or individual connected with this event, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all damages, losses, thefts or injuries, which may be  suffered while taking part in any activities, connected with this event as detailed above
