Art on the Greene 2019 Agreement The applicant agrees to comply with and obey all Festival rules and regulations, written or otherwise, including any personal direction from Festival personnel if accepted into the Festival. The Applicant does hereby represent that the work entered and exhibited in the Festival has been created by the Applicant. The Applicant agrees that reproductions will not comprise more than 50% of the Applicant’s Festival presentation, and that prints made from originals and embellished prints MAY NOT be sold as originals works. The Applicant further agrees to be present at all times during the Festival; and to assume all responsibility for the Applicant’s property during the Art on the Greene Art Festival on May, 10, 11, 12, 2019.  Force Majeure In the event of inclement weather, or for any reason whatsoever that the Art on the Greene is delayed, rained-out or unfeasible by any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, emergencies, act of God, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the Applicant agrees that there shall be no claim or action against Steve Moya/Moya Art Events. Attendance is not guaranteed and no refund of Applicants participation fees will be given for any reason.  Indemnification The Applicant shall release, indemnify, and hold harmless Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the City of Arlington, Texas, Texas Rangers Baseball LLC, Metroplex Sports Service, Inc, Ballpark Parking Partners, LLC, Dallas Cowboys, all sponsoring organizations and all trustees, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, damages, settlements, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of injuries to persons or damages to property directly and exclusively resulting from said Applicants actions and participation in the Art on the Greene Art Festival. Steve Moya/Moya Art Events or any subsidiary thereof will not be responsible for any kind of injury sustained by participants or guests while in agreement. By signing this release and request, Applicant agrees to follow all rules and policies as outlined in these documents and/or any addendum thereto. Submitting a signed application indicates that you have read, understand and have accepted the rules in their entirety.
