Sun Valley Arts & Crafts Festival 2019 Agreement GENERAL RELEASE   I have read and agree to the specified terms and conditions set forth in the Sun Valley Arts & Crafts Festival Application. I release Altitude Events Group, LLC, the Sun Valley Center for the Arts, the 2019 Sun Valley Arts & Crafts Festival (hereafter Festival) and all of its duly appointed employees, contractors, agents, representatives, volunteers of all liability and responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by exhibitors, guests, or works of art before, during or after the 2019 Festival or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that Altitude Events Group, LLC and the Sun Valley Arts & Crafts Festival do not carry insurance to cover my personal property and that I store my artwork at my own risk.   I understand the Festival Director reserves the right to remove any works that do not meet the standards set forth in the prospectus and that the inventory that I bring to the festival must be proportional and representational of my jury images. I understand that I must comply with the rules of operation the Festival Director sets forth in the prospectus and acceptance/welcome packets and that failure to do so may result in removal from the Festival and jeopardize participation in future Festivals. I understand no refunds will be issued after the refund deadline or rain checks due to inclement weather. In order to receive a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received by Monday, June 3, 2019. In consideration Altitude Events Group's acceptance of my application, I agree to accept all decisions of the jury as final. I agree to allow Altitude Events Group, LLC use of my images and other promotional materials (including photographs and videotapes) submitted pre-event and those taken during the 2019  Festival for purposes of promoting the Festival this year and in future years. I also agree to allow Altitude Events Group, LLC to release my name and email to the public for sales and promotion. I understand that it is the responsibility of each artist to pay Idaho State and the City of Ketchum sales tax. I agree to be present during all show hours and will show only my own work made by my own hands in the category in which I was accepted.
