Legal Agreement

Please read the Rules of Show, Category Descriptions and this Legal Agreement carefully. A paid booth fee is an indication that the exhibitor understand and will abide by all Rules of Show and the Legal Agreement as posted on this application.

 

1. Exhibitors acknowledge that they have read and understood this legal agreement.  Selection of exhibitors remains the exclusive right of Creative Resources And Venues and the results are final. Jurors reserve the right to limit categories and reject work deemed unsuitable.

2. Anyone misrepresenting entries, showing work that is not representative of their juried work, or breaking any show rule during the festival will be given notice, and if the action is not remedied, may be asked to leave without refund. 

 

3. If an exhibitor is selected, images of the exhibitor’s work and booth may be used online, in brochures, media releases, grant applications and reports, and other organizational collateral to market the festival and promote the event. 

 

4. Exhibitor understands that no refunds will be issued for cancellation by the exhibitor and that funds received are immediately used for pre-paid advertising and infrastructure expenses.

 

5. Exhibitor will show a valid Colorado Special Sales Tax License and valid proof of event liability insurance; and the information to obtain these will be provided by the show director. 

6. By submitting this application, I certify that I have read and agree to abide by the category guidelines and rules of the show. I understand that failure to follow any of the regulations can mean expulsion from the event with no refund.

7. CRV reserves the right to change the venue to another location, within the same city. Exhibitors will be notified of the change.  

 

8. I hereby release and forever discharge Creative Resources And Venues, Colorado Event Design, the show organizers, and show sponsors and the show host city and it’s officials; and the associated directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rented exhibitor space and/or participation in this show.
