Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival 2019 Agreement By filling out this application, I agree to the following statements: I understand that my $30 jury fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. ​I understand that my booth registration fees will be non-refundable after 8/16/2019. I understand that the decision of my acceptance to the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festvial is FINAL. If accepted, I agree to abide by all Festival rules and regulations. Also, I do hereby discharge the Greater Augusta Arts Council and the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Steering Committe of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and property while participating in the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival. I give permission for photos or depicitions of my work accepted for the ARTS IN THE HEART OF AUGUSTA FESTIVAL to be used for Festival promotion purposes.
