Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Festival 31st Annual Balloon Fiesta Show - 2019 Agreement RISK AND LIABILITY The exhibitor agrees to hold harmless Rio Grande Festivals Inc. dba Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Festival, and Dash Events and any employees, directors, subcontractors, or volunteers from any damage, loss or disappearance of exhibitor’s property or any personal |injury he/she or helpers may sustain during the show. Exhibitors are responsible for purchasing their own insurance to cover their personal property, personal liability and artwork. Exhibitors are responsible for taking precautions to protect their work from weather and wind, as recommended by producer. The producer reserves the right to cancel or close the Festival due to acts of God, weather, including winds, terrorism or unforeseen events out of the producer’s control, in which case, the producer and Rio Grande Festivals Inc. will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities. The Festival may use exhibitors images for publicity purposes only. The exhibitor hereby agrees that he/she has read this agreement as well as all information in the application, and agrees to abide by the policies, regulations and guidelines contained therein.
