Art Market of Estes Park 2019 Agreement I have read the show information and hereby agree to all conditions outlined for the Art Market . I agree that if I am chosen to participate in the Art Market, photographs or digital images of me and/or my work may be used by the Art Center of Estes Park and/or the Art Market for promotional and/or publicity purposes. Furthermore, the undersigned artist hereby certifies that all display work is handcrafted and created by the seller. The Art Center Of Estes Art Market Committee has the right to disqualify and expel any exhibitor without return of exhibition fees for failure to comply with the rules and regulations based on Art Center of Estes Art Market Committee's interpretation.   I agree that the Art Center of Estes Park is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of my property, or personal injury resulting from participation in the Art Market. In addition, I hereby discharge, release and hold harmless the Art Center of Estes Park, the Art Market committee, all event Sponsors and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, strike, public enemy, or act of God and agree to indemnify them for any damage arising from their conduct at the Art Market.
