Sunriver Art Fair 2019 Agreement Risk and Liability / General Release The Applicant/Artist releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sunriver Women’s Club (SRWC) and its officers and representatives, Sunriver Art Fair, and the Village at Sunriver, including all festival hosts, villages, towns, property owners, sponsors and vendors from any loss, theft or damage to Applicant/Artist's property, or for any personal injury, however caused or inflicted, which Applicant/Artist or their helpers sustain while setting up for or participating in any Sunriver Art Fair event. The Applicant/Artist further understands that all artwork and other personal property are stored at his/her own risk. There will be no refunds in the event the Fair is cancelled due to weather or any other reason. If accepted, the Applicant/Artist agrees that photographs and information provided in the application (submitted by the Applicant/Artist during the application process) and/or images taken during the event, which may include Applicant/Artist, his/her booth, or his/her work may be used by Sunriver Art Fair/SRWC for promotional or publicity purposes. Applicant/Artist also agrees to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines developed by SRWC and/or the Sunriver Art Fair as stated on the show’s prospectus on the ZAPP website, in this Sunriver Art Fair show application, and as listed on future correspondence. Applicant/Artist also acknowledges and accepts that failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from any and all of this year’s or future Sunriver Art Fair events. Further, Sunriver Art Fair/SRWC reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules and policies applicable to any Sunriver Art Fair event. Under no circumstance shall Sunriver Art Fair, SRWC or the Village at Sunriver be liable to the Applicant/Artist for any CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES. I have reviewed the show information, rules and guidelines and agree to the terms. Artists who are invited to participate in the Sunriver Art Fair will be required to eletronically sign and submit a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement that will be attached to their invitation. The deadline for submitting the signed document is the same as for the booth fee.
