CONTRACT INFORMATION

The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is the organizing agent for the Powderhorn Art Fair (PAF) and obtains permission for use of the park. Upon acceptance, this application will serve as a contract between PPNA and the exhibitor.

 

All exhibitors must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by PPNA and PAF. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your participation in the PAF and forfeiture of any fees. PPNA and PAF assume no liability for any financial loss, theft or injury resulting from any person, weather, and or object.

 

Exhibitors shall fully indemnify and hold harmless PPNA and the MPRB from any actions, suits, claims, payment, costs, or damages which may be brought against these entities and their representatives, which arise from their participation in the PAF.
