Westerville Music & Arts Festival 2019 Agreement

The $30 jury fee is non-refundable. Credit card payments can be made online through this application or over the phone with the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce staff by calling (614) 882-8917. Checks can be made out and mailed to:

Every Applicant must submit five (5) digital images (4 of your work and 1 of your booth) to be reviewed by the Jury Committee. A $15 admin fee will be charged for any submission of applications or photos that are mailed, faxed or dropped off at the Chamber office. If photos are sent on a CD, they will not be returned unless you enclose an appropriately sized envelope with sufficient postage for the weight of the CD. The Jury Committee reserves the right to retain CD's of first-time accepted exhibitors until the opening of the Festival.

All exhibitors are checked for compliance during regular Festival hours. The jury committee reserves the right to request removal of any work found to be sub-standard or non-representative of the work submitted for approval as detailed in the Guidelines provided. The accepted exhibitor MUST be the person occupying the booth during both days of the Festival with the exception of Chamber provided volunteers for short periods of time. Any artist who departs Festival early and does not stay the entirety of the weekend will not be permitted to participate in the show again.

By signing this online application, Applicant acknowledges having received and read the Westerville Music & Arts Festival Guidelines and Application, agrees to abide by all rules set forth herein and may be removed from the Festival for any breach. Applicant agrees to assume all risk of loss, theft, damage, or injury to any merchandise and representatives. This contract will be in effect upon receipt of acceptance from the Festival Jury Committee.
