MOSAICS Fine Art Festival 2019 Agreement I hereby in consideration of my/our possible participation as an Exhibitor(s) in the outdoor MOSAICS Fine Art Festival, referred to as “Art Festival” throughout this agreement, hereby grant to the Art Festival the right to record, broadcast and otherwise exploit in any media throughout the world images of my/our work and for the Art Festival to use my/our name(s), likeness(es), voice(s) and biographical information concerning me/us in connection therewith for the specific promotion of and limited to the promotion of the Art Festival. I/we recognize that Art Festival management reserves the right to disqualify any exhibitor causing any problems to fellow exhibitors or management, and that failure to comply with the Art Festival rules and regulations may result in expulsion from any and / or all future events. Art Festival management reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. I/ we understand that I/we are responsible for the collection, reporting and payment of applicable Missouri sales tax. I/we assume all risks associated with my/our potential participation in the Art Festival and hereby release and hold harmless the Arts Festival Association d.b.a. Mosaics Missouri Festival for the Arts, producers of the MOSAICS Fine Art Festival, the sponsors of and suppliers to the Art Festival, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and the City Government of St. Charles, Missouri, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of my/our participation in the Art Festival, including without limitation any personal injuries (or damage to my/our property) which I may incur as a result of participation in the Art Festival. I warrant that I/we are of legal age and that I/we have read and fully understand the foregoing terms of participation.
