Allentown Art Festival 2019 Agreement

The Allentown Village Society reserves the right to determine violations of any show rules as stated in the application and herein. Violation of show rules is a basis for expulsion from the show and forfeiture of all fees including awards and prizes. 

Persons evicted from the show may not be able to move vehicles until 6:00 PM depending on location and crowd conditions at the discretion of the police.

Exhibitors must be present with their exhibits and displays both days for the duration of the show. No representatives will be permitted. We reserve the right to check identification.

The Allentown Village Society does not allow commercially made products to be sold at the Allentown Art Festival.

Buy and Sell is not allowed. If the society determines that items have been commercially produced, the exhibitor selling these items will be expelled from the show.All fees and prizes will be forfeited. 

Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting New York State sales tax. Exhibitors must have a vendor's Certificate of Authority(COA). New York State sales tax authorities will check for compliance but will NOT be collecting taxes. The Allentown Village Society is not responsible for tax collection. 

Sales of T-shirts or sweatshirts by individual exhibitors are prohibited. Only the award winning design sponsored by the Allentown Village Society will be sold through an approved vendor.

The phrase "Allentown Art Festival" or similar terms may not be used without the express written permission of the Allentown Village Society, Inc.

The invitation and acceptance by the artist is a commitment to be present and exhibit. Cancellations made before April 1, 2019 will be given full booth refunds.Cancellations requested from  April 1, 2019 and May 1, 2019 will be refunded booth fees less a $25.00 administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made after May 1, 2019.
