Jubilee Festival of Arts 2019 - 31st Annual Agreement By submitting this application, the applicant does hereby and forever discharge the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, its agents, representatives or employees of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property while in the possession, supervision or auspices of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, its agents, representatives, or employees.  The applicant agrees to abide by the festival policies and regulations.  The applicant has read and agrees to the standards in this complete application.
