Canton Festival of the Arts 2019 Agreement The exhibitor will indemnify and save harmless the City of Canton, the Cherokee Arts Center, the festival committee and Creative Events Specialists from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, decrees, penalties, and/or liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, bodily and/or personal injury, and/or damaged property arising out of or from the use and occupancy by the exhibitor on the premises or any part thereof. The exhibitor also agrees to hold the City of Canton, the Cherokee Arts Center, the festival committee and Creative Event Specialists harmless and not responsible whatever for loss, theft, burglary, robbery, and damages to property of any kind including equipment, supplies, merchandise, exhibits etc. of the exhibitor or any of its agreements, invitees etc. No refunds will be given for the cancellation of the event due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. A signed application constitutes a contract to follow all rules and regulations and is a commitment to participate if accepted. Violation of rules/regulations prior to, during or at the end of the show will result in loss of artist space without refund and the artist will not be permitted to participate in future Canton art festival events.
