Art in the Park 2019, Columbia MO Agreement I have read the terms of entry contained in this application and agree to abide by the rules and regulations described. I hereby certify that the work represented in this application is original, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind design and that the artworks in my booth are my own original works, not created in volume by a production studio, and are not copies or likenesses of another artist’s work including published photographs or reference material not attributable to me. The Columbia Art League considers its enforcement of the rules our exclusive right and responsibility. By submitting this application you agree that noncompliance can result in expulsion and ineligibility for jurying, awards, and participation in future Festivals. If an artist is removed from the show for non-compliance of the rules, no booth fee refunds will be issued nor compensation made, and the artist will be ineligible to exhibit for a period of at least two years. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Columbia Art League, the City of Columbia and all other participating and sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damages arising out of or in conjunction with my application to and participation in Art in the Park. Columbia Art League may reproduce my/our work in publications and advertising for Art in the Park 2019.
