Marshalltown Art Festival 2019 Agreement The Marshalltown Art Festival, Marshall County Arts & Culture Alliance, City of Marshalltown, Marshall County and event sponsors will not be held liable for loss or damage to property or self. If an artist is accepted in the Marshalltown Art Festival, it is understood that photographs and videos of their work can be used in publicity, both print and on-line. The Marshalltown Art Festival is able to use accepted/invited artists photos and information provided in their application in all marketing, press, website, social media, etc. in a way the festival sees fit for the best interest of the artist and the festival. Under city ordinance, the Marshalltown Art Festival is a pet and smoke free event.
