Butchertown Art Fair 2019 Agreement As a willing and voluntary participant in the 2019 Butchertown Art Fair, I do hereby release any claims, and forever discharge and hold harmless the Butchertown Art Fair and Butchertown Neighborhood Association, Inc., its successors, assigns, administrators, employees, agents, and vendors (collectively “BNA”), from any and all liability arising from my participation in the 2019 Butchertown Art Fair, including but not limited to liability for any personal injuries, damage to or loss of property, or any other claims whether caused by the BNA or any third parties, and fully release the BNA from liability for and waive any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or liquidated claims and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, claims, and demands that may arise from my participation in the 2019 Butchertown Art Fair. I have read and understand and specifically agree to all the language in the Full Release and Waiver of Liability. I understand that by signing this release, I may be giving up rights afforded to me by law and willingly and voluntarily do so in consideration of my desire to participate in the 2019 Butchertown Art Fair.   I certify that I do freely grant and have full mental capacity to grant this Full Release and Waiver of Liability.
