Legal Agreement:

Completion of the application represents my commitment to participate in The Florida Blueberry Festival™ “Puttin’ on the Arts” Juried Art Show to be held in Kissimmee, Florida on March 28th through March 31st, 2019.

I have received and read the Rules and Regulations of the Show. If I am accepted as a Fine Art Exhibitor, I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations.

I understand and agree that the Sponsors of the Show, 2019 7th Annual The Florida Blueberry Festival™ “Puttin’ on the Arts” Juried Art Show and its members, will not be responsible for any injury which I might suffer, nor for any loss or damage to my property which may occur as a result of my participation in the Show.

If invited and confirmed, I understand and agree that my entry fee shall be NON-REFUNDABLE including but not limited to cancellation due to inclement weather or other Acts of God, whether I attend or not.

I further agree that the application is for one (1) space for the show which is four (4) days.

I understand the juried fee will be retained by the Festival. All checks will be deposited upon receipt.

I agree that if accepted into the event, 2019 7th Annual The Florida Blueberry Festival™ “Puttin’ on the Arts” Juried Art Show may use images of my art for publicity purposes.
