Summit Art Festival 2019 Agreement ARTIST'S AGREEMENT: I understand that the Summit Art Festival, and all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers are not responsible for any loss or damage to property owned, displayed or sold by the participating vendors of the festival or any injury resulting to others. I agree to hold each of them harmless from any such claims for damage, loss or injury arising from my participation in the Summit Art Festival. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this application and established by the festival administrators and management, and I further understand that failure to do so may result in the loss of my space at the festival, forfeiture of all fees and liability for any actual or consequential damages. I attest that I own the rights to all of the creative work that I will display at the festival, and I indemnify Summit Art and the Summit Art Festival, and all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any claims made against me regarding the infringement of another artist's creative rights. I understand I am responsible for collecting and reporting sales taxes on all items sold. I understand that in accordance with Missouri law effective 2016, I am responsible for obtaining a Missouri Tax ID number.  I understand that by acceptance into the Summit Art Festival, I am agreeing to pay for the designated booth fee in full before the deadline listed above. I understand this is an outdoor event; therefore, there is no rain date and no cancellation due to inclement weather.
