As an exhibitor I agree to hold harmless Art Alliance Austin its employees, directors, volunteers, vendors and the City of Austin from any damage or loss to my (exhibitor's) property or any personal injury I (exhibitor) or my helpers may sustain during set-up, the duration of the event, and take down.

Art Alliance Austin reserves the right to cancel the festival due to weather or unforeseen events out of Art Alliance Austin's control, in which case Art Alliance Austin will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities. Art Alliance Austin has the right to change any event. If a change occurs, artists will be notified immediately via ZAPP. Exhibitors should purchase their own insurance. Art Alliance Austin may use exhibitors' images for publicity purposes only.

I (exhibitor) agree to follow the guidelines and regulations within this application and any other rules that may be established by Art Alliance Austin.
