Weaverville Art in Autumn Festival 2019 Agreement The exhibitor agrees to assume responsibility for any damages or loss to his or her property and agrees to hold the Weaverville Business Association or the town of Weaverville harmless for any claim or lawsuit. Should the show be cancelled due to any act of God it is understood that there will be no refund given. The exhibitor will cooperate fully with all rules of the show, the Town of Weaverville and the Weaverville Business Association or will be asked to leave the show. By signing below, the exhibitor is accepting responsibility for proper sales tax payment to the NC Dept of Revenue for any sales made at the Art in Autumn festival.
