Berkshire Crafts Fair 2019 Agreement By submitting this application, the exhibitor verifies that he/she is directly involved with each piece of work to be exhibited, and that the work meets the Rules for Participation as set forth. The Berkshire Crafts Fair does not carry insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage to your work or personal property, or against personal injury to you or your helpers. You are advised to obtain your own insurance. The applicant agrees and releases the Monument Mountain School Center Inc, d/b/a the Berkshire Crafts Fair, from any damage to personal property or personal injury which he/she, or helpers may sustain while participating in the 2019 Berkshire Crafts Fair. In addition, should it be necessary to cancel the fair after applications have been processed, a refund of $25.00 will be provided to those whose applications have been received. If accepted, you agree to the use of your images by the Berkshire Crafts Fair for promotional purposes. Artist Statements must be submitted with the Artist Contract. I have read and understand the requirements for participation in the Berkshire Crafts Fair: Aug 8 (set-up), 9, 10,11. I agree to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines of the Berkshire Crafts Fair. and understand that failure to follow these regulations may result in the expulsion from this year's fair, and/or from future fairs, at the sole discretion of the Berkshire Crafts Fair.
