You agree to exhibit only those items approved by Festival. You understand that violations of these rules may result in expulsion from the show with no refund of booth fee and exclusion from future shows. You expressly release Capital Jazz Productions from any and all liability for any damage, injury, or loss to any person or property which may arise from your use of this exhibit space.
