By submitting this application, the exhibitor verifies that he/she is directly involved with each piece of work to be exhibited, and that the work meets the Rules for Participation as set forth.



The Edwards Place Fine Art Fair does not carry insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage to your work or personal property, or against personal injury to you or your helpers. You are advised to obtain your own insurance. The applicant agrees and releases the Edwards Place Fine Art Fair, Inc. from any damage to personal property or personal injury which he/she, or helpers may sustain while participating in the 2019 Edwards Place Fine Art Fair.



If accepted, the exhibitor agrees to the use of his/her images by the Edwards Place Fine Art Fair for promotional purposes.



Exhibitor agrees to pay the entirety of the booth fee. Should there be a need to cancel on or before June 1, 2019, I understand that I will receive a refund of 75% of my booth fee. All fees are non-refundable after June 2, 2019 unless authorized by the Executive Director.

Exhibitor has read and understands the requirements for participation in the Edwards Place Fine Art Fair, September 20 (set up), 21, 22, 2019. Exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines of the Edwards Place Fine Art Fair, Inc. and understands that failure to follow these regulations may result in the expulsion from this year's fair, and/or from future fairs, at the sole discretion of the Edwards Place Fine Art Fair.
