SECURA Fine Arts Exhibition 2019- 39th Annual Agreement SECURITY  The Trout Museum of Art will, once artworks are received, ensure that the works are treated with all due care to ensure protection against loss, damage or deterioration. Should loss, damage or deterioration occur, the artist will be informed immediately and in detail. COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION Photography without flash is permitted of the artwork. Reproduction of the artwork by the public is prohibited without the artist’s consent. The Trout Museum of Art has the authority to use the artwork for marketing and publicity.  EXHIBITION OF ITEMS   The Trout Museum of Art will at all times protect the artwork from excessive humidity and excessively dry conditions. In addition, prints and photographs will be protected against fading, scorching and cockling by direct or reflected sunlight, strong artificial light, fluorescent light or proximity to heat sources.
