Wearable Art Market 2019 Agreement The TAA Wearable Art Market committee thanks you for your interest in our market. By applying to participate, you certify your agreement to adhere to all policies and rules established by the market committee. You understand that if your application is not accepted, your Application Fee will not be refunded. The committee has your permission to reproduce the photographs you submitted for the purpose of advertising and marketing the market. The committee also has your permission to publish photographs or videos taken during the market of your display, your work and your person for purposes related to promotion of TAA markets, past or future. To participate in our market, you must agree to observe the following. Failure to comply could result in your expulsion from the market.
There will be no refunds or credits if the market is cancelled due to floods, tornadoes, or any other forces of nature. Exhibitors are responsible for full payment of show fee if participation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to event. The committee reserves the right to remove any exhibitor causing any problems for fellow exhibitors or the committee. By accepting the invitation to participate in the Wearable Art Market, you hereby discharge, release and hold harmless The Textile Art Alliance and the Cleveland Museum of Art from any and all actions, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims, to persons or property in connection with the market, and consent to enforcement of all rules of the market. |
