Artstock: Art, Wine & Music Festival 2019 Agreement I hereby release and forever discharge ArtStock: Art, Wine & Music Festival, the Arts Consortium of Carver County, Parley Lake Winery, and all sponsoring organizations  - along with their directors, officers, agents and volunteers - from any responsibilty, personal liabilty, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the ArtStock: Art, Wine & Music Festival. I further consent to the enforcement of all policies and procedures as set forth in the accompanying information.
