Gracie Square Art Show 2019 Agreement GSAS/Artist Agreement By submitting and signing the application to the Gracie Square Art Show (GSAS), I confirm that I have read and agree to abide by the GSAS Guidelines. I understand that, upon acceptance, my Booth Fee is non-refundable and that I may neither transfer my space to, nor share it with, another artist. I further understand that in the event of rain or other inclement weather, the organizers of the GSAS have the right, in their sole discretion; to cancel the GSAS and that in the event of cancellation for such reason, no rain dates will be scheduled. I agree to be in attendance for the show's duration and to exhibit only my original artwork. I further agree to hold harmless the GSAS, the Carl Schurz Park Conservancy, the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, and all of the agents and assigns of the foregoing, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event. The Gracie Square Art Show Committee reserves the right to make all decisions concerning artist participation.
