FESTIVAL 2019 presented by the Creative Arts Guild Agreement By completing the application to  The Creative Arts Guild’s FESTIVAL 2019 the exhibitor agrees to hold the Creative Arts Guild, its Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers harmless for any losses, expenses, demands or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury regardless of cause.  I agree that each item displayed will be my unique and original artwork, and to abide by all the rules and regulations set. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials.
