Seven Peaks Art Festival 2019 Agreement Legal Agreement   PERSONAL PROPERTY   Although 24-hour security will be provided on the School grounds, The Seven Peaks School, or the City of Bend are not responsible for loss, theft, destruction or damage to property or person. All artists, vendors, and contractors (“Associates”) are responsible for providing their own property insurance.   LIABILITY & NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY   Seven Peaks School, and the City of Bend, relieve themselves from any and all actions, claims, demands, and/or damages arising from any accident transpiring during the entirety of the festival. Associate(s) are responsible for providing their own liability insurance. This insurance must cover any person who is employed by/or assisting the principal person, with or without compensation. Associate(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless Seven Peaks School and the City of Bend from any and all loss or damage to persons or property which Associate(s) may suffer on account of any accident or occurrence.   Seven Peaks School does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, religion, or disability (with reasonable accommodation) in providing services to artists, vendors and patrons of The Seven Peaks Arts Festival. Vendors, artists, and their employees and representatives are also expected to abide by these policies.
