Las Artistas Art & Fine Crafts Show 2019 Agreement I have read and agree to the rules of the Las Artistas Art Show application process and participation requirements, and to allow my name and/or artwork to be used for publicity purposes. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations or the show. Las Artistas reserves the right the exclude or remove any artist who does not abide by the rules and regulations. By agreeing to this statement on this application I recognize and acknowledge that I assume ALL risk during my participation in the El Paso Las Artistas Art Show and Sale. I release, agree to indemnify, and forever hold harmless El Paso Las Artistas, Inc., its agents, members and officers from any actions, suits damages, claims, third-party claims or judgments of any kind that may result from property loss, damage or personal injury sustained by me or anyone else as a result of my participation in the Las Artistas Art Show and Sale from liability for any loss or damage to my person or property during the Las Artistas Art Show and sale. I understand there will be no refunds due to weather.
