Wickenburg Art Club's Artisans' Fair and Fine Art Show at Gold Rush Days 2020 Agreement Release: Please read all general information, rules, regulations, terms and conditions AS STATED ABOVE prior to applying. Execution of this application constitutes agreement of the Artisan to comply with all rules, regulations, terms and conditions. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the show and disqualification from future events. Security: Although the Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. (WAC) provides Citizen’s Patrol security between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, WAC is not responsible for any loss or injury to you, your booth, your display, or your vehicles. You must carry your own insurance. We do recommend that you close your tent each night. If you elect to remove your merchandise each night and set up each morning, your vehicle must be removed from the premises by 8:30 a.m. and by 5:30 p.m. each day. Refund Policy:  WAC will issue a $150 refund for cancellation for cause for each space until midnight on October 31, 2019. Thereafter, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Wickenburg Art Club at the address listed above and be postmarked on or before October 31, 2019. If weather or other acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control cause the show to be closed or cancelled, no refund will be given. AZ TPT license or proof of application must be available for inspection in your booth during the show. Prohibited: Consumption or sale of alcohol, use of food or foodstuffs in product demonstration, sale of food and foodstuffs, resale items, commercial signs, foul language, odor and/or excessive noise production and animals. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. SERVICE ANIMALS MUST wear service vests and be under owner control at all times. We understand that some of our Artisans travel with pets and can recommend local pet daycare, if needed. Space allocations are assigned by Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. and every effort will be made to assign requested space numbers to Artisans.  WAC exclusively reserves the right to change or modify space locations without notification. Misrepresentation of booth, display or products, or non-compliance with our rules, will result in removal from the premises and disqualification from future events. NO REFUND will be issued. The applying Artisan does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. their volunteers, all sponsoring organizations, The Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce, its officers, employees, board members and agents, The Town of Wickenburg, its Town Council, employees and agents, The Wickenburg Citizens Patrol and their agents from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims to the person or property of the undersigned’s products or actions, while in possession or under the supervision of Wickenburg Art Club, Inc.  I hereby consent to the enforcement of all rules, regulations and guidelines.  Furthermore, the undersigned Artisan hereby certifies that all displayed work is handcrafted and created by the applying Artisan. NO BUY-SELL, COMMERCIAL OR MASSPRODUCED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED. This contract is not cancelable and is nontransferable.   Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. has my permission to publish photographs taken of and by me, my booth and my artwork during the event for purposes related to the promotion of the event, past and future. Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any Artisan for failure to comply with the rules and regulations. I understand that Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. I will provide and install weights to adequately secure my booth and display. I have read the rules and regulations, either on the Website at www.WickenburgArtClub.org, received as a mailed application, on the Zapplication.org website or as an email attachment and agree to comply.
