I am submitting an application to be an exhibitor with ArtWorks of Eau Gallie, Inc. and agree that acceptance of my application commits me to participate in the 2019 Festival. I agree to abide by the Festival policies and regulations and any other rules as may be established.

I release and forever discharge ArtWorks of Eau Gallie, Inc., the volunteers, the City of Melbourne, Florida, the sponsoring organizations, and other duly appointed representatives and the employees, agents, officers of each from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with this Festival.

I also warrant that the artworks submitted for jurying and the artworks to be exhibited are originals designed and executed solely by myself or in collaboration with the co-artist in the category in which selected. All original works submitted were created since 2017.

ArtWorks of Eau Gallie, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Festival due to weather or unforeseen events out of ArtWorks’ control. In which case, ArtWorks will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities.

In consideration of ArtWorks of Eau Gallie, Inc. acceptance of my application, I agree to allow ArtWorks the use of attached images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the Festival for the purpose of promoting the Festival this year and in future years.

I acknowledge that the ArtWorks of Eau Gallie, Inc. reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
