Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts 2019 Agreement By applying to the 2019 Fountain Festival, I hereby certify that the work I submit is my own original creation and that I will abide by the decisions and regulations of the Fountain Festival Committee. I release the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Fountain Festival, and the Town of Fountain Hills from any loss or damage to my person or property, or that of my associates while at the Fountain Festival. I understand the application fee is non-refundable and that there will be a $20 fee for each returned check.
