Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival 2020 Agreement

By applying to the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival, I agree to adhere to all policies outlined in this listing, including General Information; Rules/Regulations; Booth Information and any guidance coming in the form of email communications. I acknowledge that I will close my booth and leave the premises as instructed by the promoter should I be found in violation of any of these guidelines.

By applying to the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival I assume all responsibility for safeguarding my products and my display at the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival on March 13 - 15, 2020. It is my responsibility to insure my property.

If accepted, I grant permission to the Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce to reproduce my art work through the images I have submitted, for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing the Festival.  The Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce also has my permission to publish photographs or video taken of me, my booth and my work during the Festival, for purposes related to promotion and management of the Festival, present or future.

Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce has the right to close the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. I agree to hold harmless the Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.
