Holiday Art Market 2019 Agreement Submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2019 Holiday Art Market. I/we as a participant, acknowledge the terms and conditions established by the Big Tool Box (Highland Garden Center), the Event Organizers as well as all codes and regulations set by the state, city and municipal governments.  I/we acknowledge to abide by all terms and conditions of this Call for Artists and Application.  I acknowledge and accept liability, responsibility and control for all products that are sold by me in the Holiday Art Market and for all activites conducted by me in conjunction with the Holiday Art Market.  By this agreement, I agree to hold the Big Tool Box and the Event Organizers harmless and indemnify for any liability or loss which might result from my participation.   I/we grant permission to the Holiday Art Market to reprint images for promotional use of the Highlands Arts Festival.
