ArtFest Fort Myers 2020 Agreement I am submitting an application to be an exhibitor with ArtFest Fort Myers, Inc. and agree that acceptance of my application commits me to participate in the 2020 festival. I have read all the Rules and agree to abide by them and any other rules as may be established. I certify that all submitted and exhibited work is original (or reproduced as defined in the Rules) and produced solely by myself and acknowledge that ArtFest Fort Myers, Inc. reserves the right to make final interpretations of all the Rules. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather or other acts of God or any other reason except as noted in the Rules for November 15, 2019 withdrawals. I release and forever discharge ArtFest Fort Myers, Inc., the volunteers, the City of Fort Myers, the sponsoring organizations, any other duly appointed representatives and the employees, agents, officers of each from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with this Festival. In consideration of ArtFest Fort Myers, Inc. acceptance of my application, I agree to allow them use of attached images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the Festival for purpose of promoting the Festival this year and in future years.
