EDGE Designers NYC - 2019 Agreement I agree to hold Jane Mohr/EDGE harmless from any and all liability and responsibility arising out of any accident relating to injuries, death, damages, theft, or environmental exposure sustained by the contracted designer or agents, employees, or visitors to the exhibitors booth at the EDGE show to be held at the Stewart Hotel located at 371 7th Ave. New York, New York, 10001. This includes any accident that may occur before, during, or after the EDGE Designer Show, within the period of September 12th – 16th. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Jane Mohr entirely free from ANY liability, including but not limited to: financial responsibility, health or personal injury, death, to myself or my employees or anyone entering my suite, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. The Jury fee of $25.00 is non-refundable and there will be no refunds issued after the 30-days prior to the show.
