Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival 2019 - 41st Annual Agreement

By submitting this application, the exhibitor verifies that he/she is directly involved with each piece of work to be exhibited, and that the work meets the Rules for Participation as set forth.



No refunds of booth fee will be given once exhibitor is accepted to festival.  



Upon acceptance, I agree to pay the entirety of my booth fee on or before Aug. 30, 2019. All fees are non-refundable after August 15, 2019.  Furthermore, I agree to report and pay Sales tax of 7% (9% for food & beverage) to be collected and turned into the Chamber office by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.  All checks must be made out to Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce. No Exceptions.



The Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to your work or personal property, or against personal injury to you or your helpers.  You are advised to obtain your own insurance. The applicant agrees and releases the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival/ Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce from any damage to personal property or personal injury which he/she, or helpers may sustain while participating in the 2019 Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival.



If accepted, you agree to the use of your images by the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival for promotional purposes.



I have read and understand the requirements for participation in the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival, November 2nd and 3rd, 2019.  Set up for selected booths in the 100’s section is November 2nd after 5p.m., and set up for all other booths is November 2nd at 4a.m.- 8:30a.m. I agree to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines of the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival and understand that failure to follow these regulations may result in the expulsion from this year's festival, and/or from future festivals, at the sole discretion of the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival.
