MAGIC CITY ART CONNECTION 2020 Agreement I hereby consent to the enforcement of Magic City Art Connection rules and regulations as included in this application and other materials. By applying online or signing a written application, I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Foundation for Art and Cultural Connections, Inc., Fine Art Services, Magic City Art Connection, Linn Park, Birmingham Parks and Recreation, and the City of Birmingham, Alabama and all officers, employees, servants, and agents of each aforementioned entity, against any and all liability claims, cost of whatever kind and nature for loss and damage to any property (State, County, or other), and for injury to or death of any person or persons occurring in connection with or in any way related to or arising out of the occupancy, use of premises, or providing of services and equipment at the Magic City Art Connection. I hereby release Magic City Art Connection to use submitted images of artwork, products, logo, & exhibition materials for the purpose of publicizing my work and the Festival. Magic City Art Connection reserves the right to make alterations or final interpretations of all rules and regulations. I have read and comply with all rules and regulations included in this application.
