Moss Rock Festival 2019 - 14th Annual Eco-Creative Event Agreement I hereby consent to the enforcement of Moss Rock Festival rules and regulations as included in this application and other materials. By applying online or signing a written application, I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Foundation for Arts and Cultural Connections, Inc,, Moss Rock Festival, The Preserve Homeowners Association, McKay Management/Association, Hoover City Schools, US Steel, and the City of Hoover, Alabama and all of its officers, employees, servants, and agents against any and all liability claims, cost of whatever kind and nature, for loss and damage to any property (State, County, or other) and for injury to or death of any person or persons occurring in connection with or in any way related to or arising out of the occupancy, use of premises, or providing of services and equipment at the Moss Rock Festival. I hereby release Moss Rock Festival to use submitted images of artwork, products, logo, & exhibition materials for the purpose of publicizing my work and the Festival. Moss Rock Festival reserves the right to make alterations or final interpretations of all rules and regulations. I have read and comply with all rules and regulations included in this application.
