South Miami Rotary Art Festival 2020 Agreement I agree to abide by the rules and regulations established by the South Miami Rotary Art Festival. As consideration of my application to exhibit in the Festival, I agree to be totally responsible for my booth and its contents and waive any right, for myself and others, to file any claims against the City of South Miami, the Rotary Club of South Miami, the Rotary Foundation of South Miami, and all sponsors and volunteers of this festival for any damages or injuries resulting from my participation in the Festival.  In consideration of the South Miami Rotary Art Festival's acceptance of my application, I agree to allow the use of attached images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the Festival for purpose of promoting the Festival now and in future years.
