Druid City Arts Festival 2020 Agreement GENERAL RELEASE: The applicant does hereby and forever discharge Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports Commission, City of Tuscaloosa, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with application to or participation in the Druid City Arts Festival, which is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within the space designated for exhibits. The applicant has read and complies with all rules as outlined in this prospectus and in all future correspondence and understands that failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from this year's show or future shows. Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules as they apply to the Druid City Arts.
