Mainsail Art Festival 2020 Agreement AGREEMENT I hereby forever discharge and release the Mainsail Art Festival, Inc., the City of Saint Petersburg, the Junior League of Saint Petersburg, the Tampa Bay Times and all other participating and sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages of claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the signed applicant while exhibiting at the Mainsail Art Festival. I hereby consent to the enforcement of Mainsail’s rules as set out in this application and in the letter of instruction to be e-mailed to each accepted artist. If accepted, Mainsail Art Festival, Inc. has my permission to publish photographs or video taken of me, my booth and my work before and after the Festival for purposes related to promotion of the Festival. A completed application is a commitment by the originating artist to show in your accepted category(ies), to remain for the entire event and to abide by festival rules. There will be no exhibitor booth fee refund made for cancellations after midnight February 1, 2020. To be eligible for any award, the artist must exhibit during show hours for the entire festival. I have read all rules and agree to abide by all festival rules.
