Harbor Sounds Fall Art & Music Fest 2019 Agreement I/We agree to release the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Inc., its employees, board of directors and volunteers, and the City of Safety Harbor from any liability of any kind for any and all damages arising out of any loss or injury resulting from my participating in any activities of any kind in an any way connected to the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Harbor Sounds Fall Art & Music Fest, and City of Safety Harbor, or use of any facilities or equipment made available by the aforementioned entities. This release includes a release for any and all losses or injury arising out of any act or omission or negligence of the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, City of Safety Harbor, its agents, employees, or activity supervisors specifically concerning or arising out of Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Safety Harbor Leisure Services Department activities.   This release constitutes a release or waiver of all claims against the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce and City of Safety Harbor, including those claims arising out of the negligence of the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce and City of Safety Harbor, its agents, and employees. Please read carefully before signing. This release is signed of my/our free act and will.   By signing this document either in paper form or electronic form, I/we agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce for its Harbor Sounds Fall Art & Music Fest event. I/we understand that the Committee may change or modify the rules as needed and any failure to abide by this Hold Harmless Agreement or the rules and regulations set forth by the Committee may result in revocation of my/our approval to participate in this and other events held or sponsored by the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
