ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival 2020 Agreement As an ArtsQuest entrant, I accept the decision of the jury as final and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I understand that entry refunds will only be made for cancellations prior to April 3, 2020  I understand that images of my work may be used for advertising purposes by ArtsQuest in conjunction with the 2020 show. I thereby release the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, Inc. and all sponsors from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss damage or legal action that may arise or occur to me, the exhibitor, to my goods, property or to the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation, set-up and duration of the arts festival under this agreement. I am solely responsible for the selling of my items and any other conduct of business and for my person and property during said during exhibit. I confirm that work entered and exhibited is created by me, as permitted under the ArtsQuest requirements. I understand that any violation may result in my removal from the Festival and/or elimination from future consideration.
