Art on the West Side 2020 Agreement ARTIST WAIVER/AGREEMENT 2019 The Gordon Jewish Community Center Art Galleries and _______________________________ agree that the Gordon JCC/Art on the West Side will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft to any art work, jewelry or craftwork on display or stored at the Gordon JCC, or during the loading and unloading process. The selection of art pieces to be displayed is subject to the discretion of the co-chairs and/or the Gordon JCC Director and gallerie curator. All works that are submitted will not necessarily be displayed. I give permission for Art on the West Side and the Gordon JCC to use submitted images and event photographs for publicity and marketing purposes. It is the artists responsibility to have all works ready for hanging.
