Smoky Hill River Festival Fine Art & Craft Show 2020 Agreement It is understood that security will be provided on the Festival grounds; however, the Festival assumes no liability for Artist’s works.  This is the responsibility of the Artist.  The City of Salina, Salina Arts and Humanities, and the Festival Committee or any members thereof, shall not be held responsible for any loss from theft, vandalism, slander or any other manner of loss that may be incurred by the artist.  Nor will the aforementioned be held liable in case of injury sustained by any Artist or agent thereof during the Smoky Hill River Festival.   Complete contractual terms will be provided upon invitation to exhibit at the show.
