We would like to invite you to join us for the 17th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair/Car and Bike Show on January 21st, and 22nd, 2017 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Our event has been established as one of the largest festivals in our region, with attendance estimated at 50,000 for our 2 day event.  We will continue to have a Saturday Car Show, Beer Garden and live entertainment both days, and a children’s area with rides and games.
 
We encourage you to get your application in early and no later than October 15th for your favorite location. We have very few premium locations available for the show due to the number of deposits received during our 2016 show.  Acceptance notification will be available through our online ZAPP application system. Should you prefer postal or email response, please note on in special request section.

We are looking forward to your participation in our 17th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair on January 21st, and 22nd, 2017. Please read the attached material carefully.
 
During the show, THE MAIN STREET INFORMATION BOOTH will be located on 3RD ST. WEST OF FLORENCE STREET There will be someone in that booth from 9:00am Saturday to 5pm and Sunday 9:00am until 4pm, to assist you. If you need someone to relieve you for a break, make us aware of this when you check in, or contact a person at the Main Street Information Booth. We have Volunteer Ambassadors in Orange Vests on the street both days to assist.
 
CHECK IN AND SET-UP:
 
  • CHECK IN BEGINS FRIDAY JANUARY 20th  AT 5:00 P.M.
  • EXHIBITORS MUST RECEIVE THEIR REGISTRATION PACK AND BOOTH NUMBER BEFORE SET-UP.
  • NO SET UP WITHOUT A BOOTH NUMBER BEING DISPLAYED. Volunteer Ambassadors will be on the street to help you locate your space.
  • Convenient parking for check-in is available behind the Information Booth at Central Lutheran Church, 324 N. Sacaton Street (enter off Florence Blvd at Sacaton St. signal)
  • SAT CHECK IN STARTS AT 7:00AM. ENTER ONLY from Florence Blvd so we do not conflict with the Car Show setting up on 2nd St.
  • All vehicles must be removed from the Street Fair area by 9:00 am on Saturday morning.
  • Please unload all booth supplies as quickly as possible and remove your vehicle before set-up.  This is an important consideration to your fellow vendors who are also arriving and anxious to access their space.
 
SECURITY:  This year we will have security on Friday night from 8:00pm until 7:30 Sat. Morning and Saturday night from 5:30 until Sunday morning at 7:30. You will however, leave your merchandise at your own risk.
 
 
 
Porta-Johns:  Will be located in the Food Court area at 3rd & Marshall and on 4th Street just west of Florence St. by the beer garden & Stage area and on the East end of 4th in the Parking lot on the North and in the Car Show at 2nd street, also in the Children’s area on 1st Street and on 3rd street west of the information booth. They are all marked on the vendors maps
 
Vendor Parking: Permission has been given by the property owner for overnight parking downtown on the dirt lot on 2nd St. between Dry Lake St. and Toltec. There is also exhibitor parking in the Southwest Gas parking lot on 4th St and at Arizona Public service at 3rd and Marshall, the lot at Main Street and Florence can also be used by our vendors. Please let us know at check-in if you will be parking overnight in the downtown area. Please do not park in the downtown lots until after 5:30 because of their employees parking.
 
Electricity: There is no electricity provided.  Please do not plug into any electrical outlets on the street lamps as it will cause the lamp breaker to go off. We have had complaints about plugging into Merchants electricity do not do it. You will be asked to leave if you are found plugged into these outlets.
                                                                             
 
HOSPITALITY:
 
If this is your first time to Casa Grande; Florence Boulevard is the main boulevard that comes off Interstate 10. Florence Street is a smaller Historic Downtown street—where the fair is located. Florence Boulevard runs east & west and intersects with Florence Street, which runs north and south.

Rules/Regulations
  •  Booth spaces will be issued on first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are outdoors on asphalt, in the historic downtown shopping area.
  • Fire retardent tents and weights are required for Street Fair exhibitors.
  • Roaming security will be available during the hours, but each exhibitor is responsible for his/ her own items and space. Security will be on duty on Friday night 9pm to 8am Saturday morning. Saturday evening 5pm to 8am Sunday morning. Exhibitors leave merchandise at their own risk.
  • Pinal County Health Permits are required for food vendors and pre-packaged food vendors
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying city and state sales tax. Included your Arizona State and City of Casa Grande license numbers on this application. Links are available on application page. 
  •  No merchandise out side the booth area.    
  • Check- in required prior to setting up,  Spaces # will not be distributed prior to check in. Check In Friday night after 530pm or at 7am on Saturday. When unloading, please park on the west side of the Florence Street and leave the east lane clear.
  • The street fair area must be cleared of all vehicles by 9am DAILY
  • NO WATER OR ELECTRICITY
  • Loud generators are prohibited. Violator will be asked to leave.
  • Tear down is not to be started before 4pm on Sunday.
  • No live animal sales.
  • A registered exhibitor must be on duty in the booth at all times of the fair operation.
  •  No pets are allowed at booth sites.
  • No raffles except by nonprofit with permission.
  • Personal conduct, rule violations, complaints from patrons as to misconduct during the fair may be grounds for removal by fair officials.
  •  Any reports of orders taken and not fulfilled by an exhibitor will deem them to be removed from future events and possible charges filed.
  • No refunds due to exhibitor cancellation after December 15, 2016.
  • We are a non-profit organization. The event will be held rain or shine.
