We would like to invite you to join us for the 17th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair/Car and Bike Show on January 21st, and 22nd, 2017 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Our event has been established as one of the largest festivals in our region, with attendance estimated at 50,000 for our 2 day event. We will continue to have a Saturday Car Show, Beer Garden and live entertainment both days, and a children’s area with rides and games.
We encourage you to get your application in early and no later than October 15th for your favorite location. We have very few premium locations available for the show due to the number of deposits received during our 2016 show. Acceptance notification will be available through our online ZAPP application system. Should you prefer postal or email response, please note on in special request section.

We are looking forward to your participation in our 17th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair on January 21st, and 22nd, 2017. Please read the attached material carefully.
During the show, THE MAIN STREET INFORMATION BOOTH will be located on 3RD ST. WEST OF FLORENCE STREET There will be someone in that booth from 9:00am Saturday to 5pm and Sunday 9:00am until 4pm, to assist you. If you need someone to relieve you for a break, make us aware of this when you check in, or contact a person at the Main Street Information Booth. We have Volunteer Ambassadors in Orange Vests on the street both days to assist.
CHECK IN AND SET-UP:
SECURITY: This year we will have security on Friday night from 8:00pm until 7:30 Sat. Morning and Saturday night from 5:30 until Sunday morning at 7:30. You will however, leave your merchandise at your own risk.
Porta-Johns: Will be located in the Food Court area at 3rd & Marshall and on 4th Street just west of Florence St. by the beer garden & Stage area and on the East end of 4th in the Parking lot on the North and in the Car Show at 2nd street, also in the Children’s area on 1st Street and on 3rd street west of the information booth. They are all marked on the vendors maps
Vendor Parking: Permission has been given by the property owner for overnight parking downtown on the dirt lot on 2nd St. between Dry Lake St. and Toltec. There is also exhibitor parking in the Southwest Gas parking lot on 4th St and at Arizona Public service at 3rd and Marshall, the lot at Main Street and Florence can also be used by our vendors. Please let us know at check-in if you will be parking overnight in the downtown area. Please do not park in the downtown lots until after 5:30 because of their employees parking.
Electricity: There is no electricity provided. Please do not plug into any electrical outlets on the street lamps as it will cause the lamp breaker to go off. We have had complaints about plugging into Merchants electricity do not do it. You will be asked to leave if you are found plugged into these outlets.
If this is your first time to Casa Grande; Florence Boulevard is the main boulevard that comes off Interstate 10. Florence Street is a smaller Historic Downtown street—where the fair is located. Florence Boulevard runs east & west and intersects with Florence Street, which runs north and south.
